Annual Tax Return
We will ensure the prompt & accurate preparation and lodgement of your tax return(s), so you can receive your refund much quicker. Click on, complete and submit the ‘New Client Form’, located on the top right corner, so we can begin your tax return. Our fees are affordable and our quality of service is excellent. Our office has scored above 90% by the ATO for our lodgement performance every year since 2015.
Accounting & Compliance
S M Accountants & Associates are all about compliance with the Australian Accounting Standards. We do this by employing qualified staff and implementing strict guidelines and reviews to ensure that our working paper comply with all Accounting standards.
BAS and GST Advice
Every quarter we prepare many BASs and provide GST advice to a wide range of clients. We work very closely with our clients to ensure that they are claiming what they can. We provide multiple reminders for our clients to lodge on time. To date, all ATO reviews and audits of our clients have been well settled due to our attention to detail and ensuring that the information submitted to the ATO is accurate. We also provide reports to monitor business performance and the client’s financial position.
Bookkeeping
We provide bookkeeping services to a wide range of clients. We are well trained on Xero, MYOB and other softwares. we provide support to our bookkeepers and ensure the accurate recording of financial transactions. We provide bookkeeping services at the client’s premises or in our office.
Finance Assistance
We can assist our clients by referring them to a number of finance brokers where they can make a choice. We don’t facilitate finance, and we don’t recommend one particular broker but rather give our clients an option.
Tax Planning
We consider tax planning to be one of the most critical period’s in a financial year. Tax planning give client’s the heads up and the close indication as to the performance of the business and the potential profits of the business, and off course, the potential taxes to be paid. The proprietor can accordingly make certain decision to better his/her and the business’s position and prepare for the tax outlay, months a head.
